Our way using now NOT use third-party applications, We only use services from Google, and of course it is more accurate than using other apps, the Android Device Manager.
The following steps should be performed:

First, enable Android Device Manager. The trick, look for the Google icon in your Android Settings, then at the very bottom there is Android Device Manager and Check on the Allow Remote Lock and Factory Reset as shown below:

Second, make sure that you've Sign In Android you use an active Google account, and certainly can log-in again. If no Google account connected, of course it will not do any good.

Third, now open www.google.com/android/devicemanager website, then log-in using your Google account has been linked with your Android.

Google sign in screen

Fourth, if there is Pop-Up that reads "Allow Android Device Manager to use location data is?" yes you click Accept. If it does not appear, skip to the next step only.

Now, say welcome to Android Device Manager.

Fifth, to track down the missing Android, you click on the GPS icon in the top right corner Pop-Up. If you forget to turn on the GPS Android you will not be able to get the location. However, you still can reset it by pressing the "Delete", this way the factory setting will set the GPS to turn on, so Android can be re-discovered.

Connecting your device...

Sixth, if successful, it will display location information along with a map of the location where the Android you are.

Last Location: Jakarta, South Jakarta - West Door 1 Gandaria City, Old Kebayoran. Last used February 2 2014

Seventh, you not only can get location information. In order to prevent undesirable events, you can also lock Android with password, and if you feel the phone is still around but Android is in a state of silent, you can use this feature Ring / Ring, so Android will issue a full sound.

Actually a lot of applications that can assist us in preventing loss of Android. But Jake is a tool to share directly from Google, the creator of Android, of course they are more familiar with the ins and outs of Android.
